Common questions

How do I connect with someone?
You met them already, in person. SIIIX is not a discovery app: there is no feed and no strangers to browse, because the matching happened out in the world. Open Pick me to show your code, or scan theirs, and the two of you are connected.

What can the other person see?
Only what the two of you have in common. Your own answers are never shown to anyone on their own. The app only ever surfaces the overlap, and only once you are connected.

I cannot sign in.
SIIIX uses Sign in with Apple, so there is no SIIIX password to lose. Sign in with the same Apple ID you used the first time and your account is waiting. If you hid your email with Apple’s relay, that is fine, it still finds you. If you are stuck on the Apple step itself, check Settings on your iPhone under your name, then Sign-In and Security. If it is still stuck, email us.

How do I report or block someone?
Open the connection, tap their name at the top to open their profile, and the options sit at the bottom of it: report them, block them, or remove the connection. Reporting reaches a real person at SIIIX and we aim to look within 24 hours. Blocking ends the connection for both of you straight away, and they cannot reconnect with you. Removing ends it without reporting anything. You never have to explain any of them.

How do I delete my account?
Open your profile, go to Settings, then Account, and choose to delete your account. This removes your profile, your answers, your photos and your messages. It cannot be undone. Full detail on the delete your account page.

Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. Email social@stiiicks.co from the address on your account and ask. You can also ask us to correct it, restrict how we use it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent for the intimate parts at any time from Settings inside the app. Your full rights are in the Privacy Policy.

Is there an age limit?
Yes. SIIIX is for adults 18 and over, and your date of birth is checked when you sign up.

Something feels off with a connection.
You can step back from or remove a connection inside its room at any time. If you need help, message SIIIX Support or email us.
