Terms of Service

The short version: be an adult about it.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SIIIX, a dating app for two people who have met in person ("SIIIX" or the "Service"), operated by Millijoin AB ("we", "us", "Millijoin"), a Swedish limited company, org. nr. 559069-3593, registered at Mariestadsvägen 3, 121 50 Johanneshov, Sweden.

By creating a SIIIX account you agree to these Terms. If you do not, do not use the app. How we handle your personal data is set out separately in our Privacy Policy.

1. You have to be 18

SIIIX is for adults only and contains frank questions about intimacy. You confirm you are 18 or older when you sign up, your date of birth is checked by our server, and a date under 18 is refused. If we find out an account belongs to someone under 18 we delete it.

2. The Service

SIIIX is for two people who have met in person. You connect by scanning each other’s code, and SIIIX is where the two of you talk and plan dates. There is no feed, no search and no way to browse strangers, because the matching already happened in real life. You keep a private record of what you want, and the app only ever surfaces what you and a person you are connected with have in common. What you hold alone stays yours and is never shown to anyone.

We are building SIIIX and it will change. Features may be added or removed and we may suspend the Service for maintenance.

3. Your account

You sign in with Apple and you are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep it to yourself. One account per person, and do not pretend to be someone else. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app; see how to delete your account.

4. What you send

You own what you write, photograph and record in SIIIX. You give us only the permission we need to store it and show it to the person you sent it to, and to the person on the other side of a connection where the two of you have something in common. Nothing you send is used for advertising, and nothing is sold.

5. Acceptable use, and there is no tolerance for abuse

SIIIX is private, but it is not a free pass. You may not use it to send or ask for any of the following, and doing so costs you the account:

• Anything sexual involving a minor, in any form. This is reported to the authorities.
• Content involving anyone who has not consented, including images of another person shared without their agreement.
• Threats, harassment, stalking, coercion or hate.
• Anything illegal, and anything offering or soliciting paid sexual services.
• Impersonating somebody else, or pressuring somebody into an account.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or breaking the app or the people using it.

You can report or block the person you are connected with at any time, from their profile inside the app. Every report reaches a real person at SIIIX and we aim to look at reports within 24 hours. We can remove content, end a connection, suspend an account or delete it outright, and for serious cases we do so without warning.

6. What you do is yours

SIIIX suggests things for two people to talk about and do. What you actually do is between the two of you, and it is your decision and your responsibility. Nothing the app shows is medical, legal or psychological advice. Consent is a live thing between two people, and neither an answer you gave nor anything the app surfaces is consent to anything.

7. Price

SIIIX is free. There is nothing to buy inside it and no subscription.

8. Intellectual property

SIIIX, its name, its design and its questions belong to Millijoin AB. These Terms give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app, and nothing more. What you create in the app stays yours, as set out in section 4.

9. Ending it

You can stop using SIIIX and delete your account whenever you want, without telling us why. We can end your access if you break these Terms. If we close your account for abuse, you do not get to come back with a new one.

10. Warranties and disclaimers

The Service is provided as it is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have as a consumer under Swedish or EU law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Millijoin AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

12. Apple

These Terms are between you and Millijoin AB only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for SIIIX or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any support or maintenance for the app. If the app fails to conform to any warranty, you may tell Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price if there was one; beyond that Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for any claim you have relating to the app, including product liability, a failure to meet a legal requirement, or a claim under consumer protection or privacy law, and Apple is not responsible for investigating or settling any third party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights. You confirm you are not in a country subject to a US embargo or listed by the US as a prohibited party. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these Terms against you as a third party beneficiary.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law and disputes belong to the Swedish courts. If you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

14. Changes to these Terms

We post any material change here and update the version and dates at the top. Continuing to use SIIIX after a change means you accept it.
